Admin Executive
Job Description
- Assist in daily accounting and administration work, operation tasks, data entry, inventory recording and etc.
- Manage and monitor incoming orders and reservations.
- Bookkeeping and general accounting.
- Generate invoices and receipts.
- Assist management on all financial and accounting related matters.
- Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete and up to date.
- Handle staff expenses claim.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Possess positive work attitude with self-discipline.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Meticulous and responsible.
